How Does PRP Work?
PRP therapy works in 3 steps:
- Your experienced provider draws a small sample of blood from your arm, just like they would for a routine lab test.
- A centrifuge separates and purifies the plasma, also known as “liquid gold.”
- Your provider applies it to your skin or injects it into your face or scalp, depending on your treatment plan.
Because the plasma is taken from your own body, there’s no chance of an allergic reaction.
What Does PRP Treat?
Facial Treatments
A PRP microneedling facial stimulates collagen production in your skin to treat: Fine lines, Laxity, Uneven texture, Scarring

A numbing cream is applied to the area. A series of 3 treatments is recommended.
When Will I See Results After a PRP Treatment?
Some people may see results within a week, but it may take between 1 and 3 months to see the full effects of your treatment. Most people need about 3 sessions spaced a month or so apart to see the most dramatic results.
