We will also do a review of your eating habits and develop a plan that will help you along your journey. We will calculate your basal metabolic rate, and determine your caloric needs, as well as give you simple exercises that fit into your lifestyle. It is important to note, we will closely monitor your side effects, if any, weight, and heart rate. We will not allow anyone to go lower than their normal BMI.
