Gatica, a highly sought after Allergan trainer and founder of her own training academy, brings unparalleled expertise to all of our treatments. Our nurse injectors have undergone rigorous training, accumulating over 500 hours of experience under the guidance of industry-leading injectors, as well as mentoring with Stefanie.

At Revive, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Every patient that is requesting Botox, dermal filler, Sculptra, Radiesse or other injectable, will be seen annually for a medical evaluation by one of our experienced nurse practitioners. This ensures that you receive personalized care and appropriate treatment recommendations. The nurse practitioners will prescribe the medication, after a proper diagnosis. After this is complete a registered nurse may give the prescribed medication. If there is a change in medical history, a nurse practitioner will see the patient again.

I am so happy with the results of my dermatology service at Revive. I have been to three different dermatologist offices this year, and after countless office visits and failed medications, I tried Revive as my last attempt. I truly had lost hope and went in slightly cynical, but Caitlin diagnosed my issue, prescribed a lotion and after just six days I'm seeing amazing results! I'm so happy I decided to turn to Revive dermatology for help! Highly recommend.

Lauren was amazing. She took the time to explain everything, and the welcoming and friendly environment made my first experience so comfortable. And when I went back for my follow up, having Lauren show me my before and after almost brought me to tears, I had a jaw line again! She was as excited as I was! I feel like myself refreshed.

LOVE Revive Dermatology Clinic and Spa! I’ve had some super amazing sessions, and I’m always thrilled with my results. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Stefanie is a master at Botox and the cool sculpting technician is an absolute artist! There is no one else in Des Moines that I trust as much. I highly recommend treating yourself!
