Virtual Consult

With virtual consultations, our clients can meet with a member of the Revive team from the comfort of their own homes.

How Do Virtual Consultations Work?

After we receive your consultation request, someone from our team will reach out to you to set up a consultation on one of our preferred platform: RxPhoto. Please ensure that we have the required forms, information and photos we need from you ahead of your appointment time (will be sent via email). Your information and photos are always secure.

At the time of your consultation, your provider will contact you for a private conversation about your goals, the best treatment options, and your recommended next steps. Most concerns are easy to assess virtually, but your provider may want to follow up with an in-person visit before creating your custom treatment plan.

How To Prepare for Your Virtual Consultation

Here are a few quick tips for the best possible experience:

  • Choose a private space in your home where you’ll feel comfortable discussing any concerns.
  • Make sure you have good lighting for any photos or video chatting.
  • If you are meeting via video chat, test your camera and microphone before your appointment time.
  • Have a list of questions you want to ask on hand. It’s easy to forget in the moment, and we want to make sure you get all the info you need.

LOVE Revive Dermatology Clinic and Spa! I’ve had some super amazing sessions, and I’m always thrilled with my results. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Amber Remsburg is the absolute best! She's super knowledgeable about what she's doing. She'll learn your skin type and recommend products that will work for you. Could not recommend her enough! She's also an amazing listener if you just need a vent session. Ask for Amber if you come here!
