BOTOX® Parties

Host a Party – Receive 25 FREE units of Botox!

Guests – $11/unit with 6 guests

$10/unit with 10+ guests

$100 off each filler syringe (to be scheduled)

Guests required to pay $150 via credit card 1 week prior to the event to confirm. Money will be used towards Botox or filler that night or be saved in your Revive account. Minimum 6 guests. Botox must be given during the party to be eligible for the discount.

Host your own Revive Party – earn up to $700 in free treatments

Party includes:

o Appetizers and wine

o Anti-aging and skin care education

o $100 gift cards, given at consultation (limit one gift card per year)

o 15% off all products and procedures purchased during party

Host receives:

o 10+ guests, Earn $350 towards injections or $700 towards laser services or CoolSculpting Elite.

o 6-9 guests – Earn $175 towards injections or $350 towards laser services or CoolSculpting Elite.

Details:

o Invite friends and family to learn about the latest trends in skin care aesthetics. Current Revive clients and improbable candidates for Revive services will not be counted as guests.

o Guests must be 18 years old and over

o Parties held Monday – Thursday, 6p – 7:30. Contact your Revive provider to schedule your party!

Deposits

We do require a non-refundable deposit to book certain procedures, due to length of appointments, and busy schedules. We do have a 48 hr cancellation policy. Deposits vary from

I had an appointment with Dr. Stef for a dermatology check and biopsy. Great office staff, super sweet nurse, and a terrific doctor who not only took her time to explain everything before, during, and after the biopsy appointment, but followed up when she said she would. She even spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me to explain the results to make sure I completely understand everything. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will definitely return to Revive and recommend Dr. Stef to all my friends. Best office ever!!!!!!!

I really like this place. They don’t just try to sell you things. I received a Hydrafacial from Amber and she is Amazing! This place is lucky to have her. I will continue to go back.

Stef Gatica and team are the best in the metro. From cosmetic procedures to more medical issues like acne, rashes, mole removals, painful dry skin, etc... her team has treated my entire family over the years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Never satisfied with subpar results, they will continue to encourage and adjust treatment plans until the issue has resolved.

Stef Gatica and her staff at Revive are Incredible! From the very first visit, they make you feel so welcome and every other visit after is like catching up with your friends. From medical grade skincare, diamond glow facials, Botox, and Sculptra over a number of years - Stef and her team have done wonders for my skin. They are all extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and can answer any questions you have. Stef and her staff are very honest about what will and will not work for a client, whether you are inquiring about skincare, filler, etc. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Revive Spa!
